CHRISTINE CRUZ
Born and raised on Staten island Christine started working for a fashion designer at a young age and developed a love for set design. It wasn't until years later after she had her daughter she discovered her passion for photography. She has been a freelance photographer for one year and has done Events, Weddings, Portraits, Model shoots as well as Landscape photography. She sold her first prints to Sackman Enterprise who continues to display them in their buildings. She started Project Alice to showcase all the great and diverse artist on the island as well as to start an open dialog about a variety of issues effecting staten island, the world around us and within ourselves.

GINA POLICASTRO
a freelance photographer and hobbyist for 5+ years. Recently, she has been working as the head photographer at Glamour Shots Studio located in Staten Island. Gina has had the opportunity to photograph The Mayor's Alliance "Clear The Shelters" Animal Rescue events, Fashion Roars Charity Gala, Borne Dance Company, and other talented artists, dancers and musicians. JESSICA ROMERO
Born and raised in New York. Got into the hobby of photography about 3 years ago. Likes to explore and capture her new surroundings. Drawn to abandoned locations and things of that sort. Nature, graffiti, texture and long exposures are her favorite type of photos to take.

RACHEL THERRES
she is a poet, artist and educator. She can often be found filling her sketchbooks with watercolors on the Staten Island ferry and other local haunts. Her writing attempts to open the darkest, most honest spaces inside of her, making room for light. She has featured and performed poetry at venues across the Tristate area and earned her place on three teams to compete at the National Poetry Slam in 2013-2015. She also spent three years organizing open mics and slams through Suffern Poetry, specifically working on grant writing through NY Poets and Writers. Her work has been featured in both online and print publications, such as great weather for media's anthology Before Passing. Additionally, she has self-published two chapbooks, Anatomy of a Brick and A Slow Unravel which both feature her poetry and original artwork. Rachel will forever be a Baltimore girl in a New York world. She believes in art, poetry, and community.

STEFANIE VENTIMIGLIA
"Born and raised in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn until the age of 9, Stefanie Ventimiglia moved to Staten Island, NY in 1994. She studied Merchandising and Marketing at the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising in New York City from 2003-2007. She moved on to work in the Fashion Industry as a buyer for Macys.com and Lord and Taylor for several years. She became a freelance Designer/Event Planner in 2007 and continues to work on various projects, including the much-anticipated Project Alice, which will debut in late 2017. Stefanie has vision and attention-to-detail that makes her a brilliant designer! In her free time, Stefanie likes to cook, read, travel and discover exciting, new ways to challenge herself, such as partaking in a 50-mile bike tour. Grateful for friends in the Film Industry who see her potential, Stefanie looks forward to continuing to create art that will leave a lasting legacy for all those who follow her work. She currently resides in Staten Island, NY with her boyfriend."

ALYSSA BONO
Alyssa is a professional hair and makeup artists who works primarily on film and video productions. Her passion for makeup began after taking a short special effects makeup course. She loved using different makeup looks to help actors transform into a character and see the part come to life even more. Alyssa gets her inspiration from many different places including the fashion industry, pop culture and the films and movies she grew up enjoying. She aims to make every person in her makeup come alive whether it be a beauty makeup or character; she knows how much of an impact what you see in the mirror has on the way you show up behind the lens.

LAUREN SIRAVO
Born and raised on Staten Island, Lauren is a talented amateur artist. Her work was featured at a Vintiqued art exhibit in 2015. She first began drawing as a child and has developed her own painting style as time has gone on. Through the years she has turned to art to be therapeutic in order to get through various stages of her life. At a young age, falling in love with a girl unlocked her passion for painting. Lauren’s art is often driven by her emotions which has lead to her involvement in Project Alice. Her many talents and life experiences are an asset to this project.
